I2-%3-0cl <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2009 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2010. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July <br />1,2006 and ending June 30, 2007 was approved and adopted July 7th, 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City of Colton and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The reallocations of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases or decreases) to the budget shall be by the <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It is necessary to approve and accept this "Avoid the 25" Grant in <br />the amount of $54,000.00 (Approximate). <br />SECTION 2. It is necessary to make an amendment to the 2009/2010 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account number 225-6070- <br />6072-1050-0000-005 and increasing the Police Revenue Account number 225-5890-005, each <br />in the amount of $54,000.00. <br />SECTION 3.
