INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $125,875.00. <br />DATE: November 5, 2009 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Glenwood/Reche Canyon Drainage Improvement and The Sperry and I-10 Drainage <br />Improvement Project are part of the CIP (Capital Improvement Program) projects scheduled for <br />construction during Fiscal Year 2009-2010. The scope of the projects includes installation of: <br />asphalt, curb, gutter, and catch basins. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Formal bidding for the 2009-2010 Drainage and Street Improvement Project was advertised in local <br />papers and trade journals starting on September 5, 2009. The bid opening was conducted on <br />October 6, 2009 and staff received formal proposals from eight (8) firms.
