Staff is recommending the award of the Base Bid and <br />Optional Bid 1 and 2 in the amount of $125,875.00. The project will be completed within thirty <br />(30) calendar days from the date which the contractor is issued the Notice to Proceed, as noted in <br />the attached agreement (Exhibit B). Notice of Exemption will be filed with the County of San <br />Bernardino prior to the construction of the identified project improvements. <br />
