CITY OF COLTON 011 <br />COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/COLTON <br />PUBLIC FINANCY AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />January 12, 2010 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority/Colton <br />Public Financing Authority of the City of Colton was held at 5:30 p.m., on the above -given date <br />at the City of Colton, City Council Chambers, located at 650 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton, CA <br />92324 with Mayor Chastain presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on January 11, <br />2010, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Council Members present were, De La Rosa, Yzaguirre arrived at 6:45 p.m., Bennett, Perez, <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Oliva and Mayor Chastain. Also present were City Manager Foster, City <br />Clerk Gomez. <br />CM Toro absent. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />JANUARY 12, 2010. <br />Mayor Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of <br />interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens addressed the council: None <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Designated Representative: Rod Foster, City Manager <br />Employee Organizations: SBPEA General Unit, SBPEA Mid -managers Unit, IBEW <br />Electric, IBEW Water/Wastewater, Colton Fire Fighters Association, Colton Police <br />Officers Association, Colton Police Management Association, and Colton Police <br />Dispatchers Association <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Designated Representative: Rod Foster, City Manager <br />Employee Organizations: Executive Unit <br />Mayor Chastain adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:35 p.m. and at 6:21 p.m.; the <br />meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />2010 JAN 12 SPC CC/RDA/CUA MEETING - 1 - <br />
