City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet and did confer in Closed Session on <br />one item with no reportable action. <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Agency Designated Representative: Rod Foster, City Manager <br />Employee Organizations: SBPEA General Unit, SBPEA Mid -managers Unit, IBEW <br />Electric, 113EW Water/Wastewater, Colton Fire Fighters Association, Colton Police <br />Officers Association, Colton Police Management Association, and Colton Police <br />Dispatchers Association <br />ACTION: No Reportable <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Agency Designated Representative: Rod Foster, City Manager <br />Employee Organizations: Executive Unit <br />ACTION: No Reportable <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens addressed the council: Susan Draper <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of studying and or taking action on the following <br />matters: <br />PUBLIC HEARING: <br />Appeal — CUP 195 West Valle <br />This was the Time And Place Fixed To Consider The Continued Public Hearing From The <br />Special Meeting Of November 24, 2009, An Appeal And Public Hearing To Consider The <br />Appeal Of The Colton Planning Commission's Revocation Of File Index Nos. (Conditional Use <br />Permit Nos.) D-54-98 And Dc -57-95 For The Property Located At 195 West Valley Boulevard <br />In The City Of Colton. <br />Mayor Chastain declared the Public Hearing opened. <br />City Clerk Gomez announced that the Notice of Continuance is on file in the City Clerk's Office <br />and no protest or objections have been received. <br />City Attorney Ballinger explained the procedures to be followed, no administration of oath <br />required as there would only be legal arguments and no evidence. <br />Public Comment <br />The following Citizens spoke in favor of the revocation: Gary Mitchell, Adam Martinez, Gilbert <br />Arri eta and Anthony Dunn. <br />Consensus by Mayor and Council to close the public hearing. <br />2010 JAN 12 SPC CC/RDA/CUA MEETING - 2- <br />
