The Electric Utility's SCADA system monitors and controls the equipment and system
loads at the various electric substations in the City.
ISSUES/ANALYSIS
The current HMI & Tagging functions were developed and commissioned more than fifteen
years ago and are need to be updated. The new North Substation also needs to be added to the
SCADA and HMI & Tagging systems. The company who commissioned the existing HMI &
