Staff Report to the Mayor and City Council <br />Approval of Amendment #4, Professional Services Agreement, <br />David Evans and Associates, Inc. <br />September 21, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />ISSUES/ANALYSIS <br />Due to staff reductions, the time frame estimated to complete the Pellissier Ranch Specific Plan <br />was not met, and a term extension to June 30, 2011 is needed to complete the Draft EIR and the <br />Draft Specific Plan. Additional costs will not be incurred without consideration and approval by <br />the City Council. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS <br />This amendment is for extending the term of an existing Professional Services Agreement and <br />requires no change in contract amount, therefore, there is no fiscal impact. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Not extending the term of the contracts for the Consultant will result in the project not <br />being completed. <br />2.
