Comprehensive User Fee Study as set forth in Exhibit `B" (as amended) of this First Amendment shall not exceed forty four thousand and thirty-five dollars ($44,035) without written approval of the City Council." 3.3 Exhibit `B" (As Amended). Exhibit `B" (Scope of Services for Comprehensive User Fee Study) of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit `B" (as amended) attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. All sections of the Agreement containing references to Exhibit `B" are hereby revised to refer to the revised Exhibit "B" (as amended) attached hereto. 3.4 Exhibit "C". Page C-2 of Exhibit "C" (Compensation) is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with page C-2 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. 3.5 Delivery of Notices. This First Amendment may be executed in duplicate originals, each of which is deemed to be an original, but when taken together shall constitute but one and the same instrument.
