Thereafter, the sewer service to the <br />property owner will be constructed. <br />ISSUES/ANALYSIS <br />Attached is the Extra -Territorial Sewer Service Agreement for providing the City sewer <br />connection to the property located at 804 N. Grand Ave. This parcel is located in the County of <br />San Bernardino. The agreement is a condition for allowing the property owner to connect to the <br />City's sewer system. <br />This Agreement will not preclude the City from exercising its rights to annex the subject <br />property, and/or surrounding properties within the unincorporated island, at a future date. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS <br />The property owner will be responsible for all Local Agency Formation Commission of San <br />Bernardino (LAFCO) processing fees and application costs. The sewer connection fees will be <br />paid upon permit approval for connection to the City's sewer system. Thereafter, the property <br />owner will be responsible for the recurring monthly service charges for the sewer services. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />(1) Deny the request of the applicant for services. <br />(2) Provide alternative direction to staff. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Exhibit A — Extra -Territorial Sewer Service Agreement <br />
