Councilxrnan <br />s � <br />MO <br />SEN <br />+r. <br />ii MRS, the oepaxtmnt of Fair Employment and Housing has, over the years, <br />received numercxus ccnplaints of alleged illegal housing discrim- <br />ination and found many that have proven, upon investigation, to be' <br />violations of fair housing laws; and, <br />WHEREAS, the State Oepaxtmnt of Fair Ehployment and Housing, in conjunc- <br />tion with the San Bernardino Carbined Authority Fair Housing <br />Progrm, have seen it fit to create an informational housing hot- <br />line for the citizens of the State of California in order to <br />answer questions concerning discrimination in housing; and, <br />- <br />NHMAS, equal housing opportunity is a condition of life in our City that: <br />/ <br />can and should be achieved. <br />t <br />lot, 1fUMFORE, I, Frank A.
