The demonstration project was undertaken pursuant to three <br />agreements by and among the PARTIES, which agreements are identified <br />as follows: <br />system [Demonstration System), dated July 18, 1989; and <br />Reclamation system (DsmonstraU9D Prosect), dated August 11 <br />1989; and <br />gacIgnation svetem (Demonstration Project), dated August 1, <br />1989. <br />True, correct and complete copies of these agreements are <br />attached hereto as Exhibits "A", 09" and "C", respectively, and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br />E.
