The foregoing recitals, and <br />each of them, are true and correct and are hereby incorporated into <br />this Agreement as though set forth in full. The above -listed <br />agreements shall hereinafter be referred to as the "AGREEMENTS". <br />Z, Termination of the AMEMIMS. The PARTIES hereby <br />acknowledge and mutually agree to terminate each of the three <br />AGREEMENTS, which termination shall be effective on the day and year <br />first above -written. <br />3. M "a- Liabilitias and Aeeou_ntinca.
