System, Maintenance, Support and Monitoring <br />A. Warranty Period. <br />Customer Purchase - 1 year full service after <br />buyout. <br />Maintenance/Service Agreement - full service <br />and equipment replacement during agreement time. <br />B. Maintenance Services. <br />Pacific Alarm keeps a complete inventory of <br />all products for replacement when needed. Service <br />is provided on an on-call basis (someone is <br />on-call 24/hours a day). An alarm service person <br />can usually be on site within two hours of a <br />service call. <br />Software errors or desired changes would be <br />covered under monitoring/maintenance agreement. <br />The Colton Electric Utility would be notified <br />of any software and/or alarm upgrades as they <br />become available from the manufacturer. <br />Management Reports <br />A sample of the Central Station activity print-out <br />is attached (item "A") along with a sample of <br />opening and closing reports by user (item "B") <br />These reports can be used by management to <br />document alarm occurrences, opening and closings <br />by user and other pertinent information. <br />
