TO: <br />HONORA' E MAY <br />and CITY COUNC('- ` <br />Q <br />FOR: <br />Co cil eeti <br />993 <br />FROM: <br />avI Zamor , o <br />mu ity Development Director <br />G <br />SUBJECT: <br />Status update o <br />64 West Valley Boulevard <br />(Notice of Defect) <br />E <br />BACKGROUND <br />At a recent Planning Commission meeting, staff was directed by the Commission to contact N <br />the owners of 340 - 360 West Valley Boulevard and notify them that they may be in violation <br />of the City's Property Maintenance Chapter of the Zoning Ordinance and therefore subject <br />to the abatement process. <br />DISCUSSION!'ANALYSIS: <br />On June 2, 1993, the property in question was inspected by Code Enforcment staff. On A <br />June 17, 1993, a "Notice of Defect" letter was sent to the owner of record (See attached <br />letter).
