2 The City of Colton has set purchasing goals for recycled <br />paper. The goal for th fiscal year of 1993 is 10%. This <br />3 <br />amount shall increase yearly as new markets become available <br />4 <br />until 50% or more of all paper purchased are recycled <br />5 <br />content. <br />6 <br />The City shall adopt EPA specifications for recycled <br />paper as a guideline. <br />8 <br />9 PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 1993. <br />10 <br />Frank A.
