R-63-93 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR <br />EMPLOYEES WORKING IN JOB CLASSIFICATIONS <br />REPRESENTED BY THE ELECTRICAL WORKERS' UNIT OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1993. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the <br />results of meetings between representatives of the Electrical <br />Workers' Unit held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500, et. <br />sea.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Memorandum of <br />Understanding, marked Appendix "A" - attached hereto is <br />incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1993. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN RAMOS, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />BN,GLECNIOU ae, <br />FRANK A.
