Vernon Ave. Sewer <br />Dear Mr. Lavine: <br />Insituforrn® Southwest (ISW) is pleased to present this revised proposal for the <br />rehabilitation, using the Insituform process, of approximately 1,332 linear feet of 10" diameter <br />concrete pipe between manholes 6-111 to 6-114 in Mt. Vernon Ave. Prior to rehabilitating these <br />lines.a thorough cleaning and video inspection must be completed on the pipes to prepare them <br />for the Insituform process. The following prices arefor cleaning, video inspection and <br />rehabilitating these lines. <br />Video inspection and cleaning approximately 1,332 linear feet of <br />10" diameter concrete pipe at $5.50 per linear foot. <br />Subtotal = $7,326.00 <br />Rehabilitate using the Insituform process, approximately 1,332 <br />linear feet of 10" diameter concrete pipe with polyester resin at <br />$56.00 per linear foot. <br />Subtotal = t 7A s4,) nn <br />Reconnect twenty-eight (28) sewer laterals with an internal cutter <br />at $300.00 per lateral. <br />Subtotal <br />_ $8,400.00 <br />TOTAL = $90,318.00 <br />The cost of the video inspection will include the determination of the condition of the line <br />and the pipe length.
