The attached Cooperation Agreement is <br />required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in order to <br />establish the City as a participant in the County's CDBG program. It allows the City <br />population statistics to be used by HUD to calculate the County grant amount for each <br />of the next three years. The Cooperation Agreement utilizes language which has been <br />prescribed by HUD.
