The update has been p <br />ing firm of Mohle, Grover and Associates (MGA). Comments to <br />the responses of the Environmental Impact Report are included in he supplement to Q <br />the Environmental Impact Report. The City has received approval, of the Environmental <br />Impact Report, from the State Clearinghouse. <br />The element and accompanying materials have been reviewed thoroughly by the City's <br />Design Review and Traffic Committees. In review of the propose I impact fee schedule <br />contained in the "Long Range Developer Impact Fee Program", he Traffic Committee <br />recommended :the adoption of the 50% category of the fee outlinec in the program.
