R-�-93 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNINGOMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF_COLTON RECOMMENDING TH1-92). <br />AMENDMENT OF THE <br />CITY'S GENERAL PLAN BY UPDATIG THE CIRCULATION <br />ELEMENT (FILE INDEX NUMBER D-5 <br />WHEREAS, staff has coordinated the preparation of an update <br />to the City's Circulation Element and an Environmental Impact <br />Report to address impacts that may be renerated by the update -and <br />an update to the schedule of developer impact fees; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton did <br />consider the Amendment to the Gene al Plan and accompanying <br />Environmental Impact Report and fee schedule proposed for the <br />City of Colton, File Index Number D-52-92; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing, as required by law, was held on <br />the proposed amendment and Environmental Impact Report by the <br />Planning Commission on February 9, 1993, February 23, 1993, March <br />91 1993 and May 11, 1993. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Colton does hereby recommend to the City Council <br />of the City of Colton, the adoption of a General Plan amendment <br />to update the Circulation Element and the accompanying <br />Environmental Impact Report and adoption of the 50% category of <br />traffic impact fees outlined in the Log Range Developer Impact <br />fee program. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 11th day of May, 1993. <br />PLANNING CO <br />City of Col <br />, -ecr <br />SION , <br />LANNING COMMISSION <br />ity of Colton <br />
