1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />A AZbULUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CITY'S <br />GENERAL PLAN BY UPDATING THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT <br />(FILE INDEX NUMBER D-52-92) <br />WHEREAS, staff has coordinated he preparation of an update' <br />to the City's Circulation Element and an Environmental Impact <br />Report to address impacts that may be generated by the update and <br />an update to the schedule of developer impact fees; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton did consider <br />the Amendment to the General Plan and accompanying Environmental <br />i <br />Impact Report and fee schedule proposed for the City of Colton, <br />File Index Number D-52-92; and <br />i <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing, as required by law, was held on <br />the proposed amendment and Environmental Impact Report by the <br />City Council on June 15, 1993. <br />NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Colton does hereby adopt a General Plan amendment to <br />update the Circulation Element and the accompanying Environmental <br />Impact Report and adoption of the 50% category of traffic impact <br />fees outlined in the Long Range Developer Impact fee program. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1993. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
