No other dedications, improvements, or in -lieu <br />fees shall be required. In no case, shall the mitigation of a health or safety condition <br />have the effect of reducing the number or changing the location, of existing <br />mobilehome spaces. <br />16.27.080 Bonding requirements No bond or other security devices are <br />required for the performance of the agreement. The applicant shall have a period <br />of one year from the date the agreement is executed to complete the required <br />improvements." <br />SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the <br />same to be published in accordance with the provisions of State law in the Colton Courier, <br />a newspaper of general circulation, ,published and circulated in the City of Colton and this <br />Ordinance shall thereafter become effective as provided by law. <br />-4- <br />
