INC., 370 N. 9th Street, Colton, California, is <br />hereby granted a Temporary Encroachment Permit to install two (2) <br />gates across the 20' wide Alley as shown on the attached Plot Plan. <br />Said Alley runs East-West from 10th Street to, 9th Street between <br />"G" Street and "H" Street. <br />Said Alley is bounded on the North by A.P.N 162-104-01, 162-104-03, <br />(which are owned by the Applicant) and A.P.N. 162-104-15 (owned by <br />Southern Pacific Transportation Co, and leased to the Applicant), <br />and on the South by A.P.N. 162-104-14, 162-104-16, and 162-104-09, <br />(which are owned by the Applicant). <br />This Temporary Encroachment Permit shall be valid for a period of <br />sixty (60) days from the date of issue to allow for the completion <br />of an Application to Vacate the Alley which has been submitted to <br />the City of Colton and is currently being processed. <br />The Owner shall sign and provide to the City of Colton a Hold <br />Harmless'` Agreement, and said Agreement will remain intact through- <br />out the duration of the sixty (60) day time limit granted by this <br />Temporary Encroachment Permit. <br />The City of Colton shall have unlimited access to the Alley between <br />said gates installed by the Owner until such time as that portion <br />of the Alley has been Vacated. <br />BY A-- <br />JohX C.
