Lavin, Water Utilities Manager- <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Termination Agreement for the RIX Date; May 10, 1993 <br />Demonstration Project <br />BACKGROUND., <br />The Cities of Colton and San Bernardino entered into an agreement with the Santa Ana <br />Watershed Project Authority (SAWPA) for the RIX Demonstration Project. <br />DISCUSSION• <br />The agreement for the RIX Demonstration Project needs to be terminated.
