AGREEMENT <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the PARTIES hereto hereby agreeas follows <br />. Incorporation of Recitals. The foregoing recitals, and <br />each of them, are true and correct and are hereby incorporated into <br />this Agreement as though set forth in full. The above-listed <br />agreements shall hereinafter be referred to as the "AGREEMENTS", <br />2. Termination of the AGREEMENTS. The PARTIES hereby <br />acknowledge and mutually agree to terminate each of the three <br />AGREEMENTS, which termination shall be effective on the day and :year <br />first above-written. <br />3• Debs Liabilities and Accountings. The PARTIES hereby <br />acknowledge and agree that all debts and liabilities of the <br />demonstration project have been satisfactorily discharged or <br />otherwise resolved, that each of the PARTIES have received or <br />otherwise obtained an accounting of how all funds have been expended <br />for the mutual benefit of the PARTIES in the implementation of the <br />demonstration project, and notwithstanding the termination of the <br />AGREEMENTS, the PARTIES hereby acknowledge and agree that such <br />termination shall not affect any on-going liability or other <br />obligations incurred prior to the date of termination. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES have executed this Agreement on <br />the day and year hereinafter indicated. <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />Dated: By <br />Mayor <br />3 <br />
