The demonstration <br />project was undertaken pursuant to three <br />agreements by and among the PARTIES, which agreements are identified <br />as follows: <br />1• Coordinated gratin A reement for the Co ton San <br />rnar 'no Regional Tertiarv'Treatment and Water Reclamation <br />System Demonstration Svstemt, dated July 18, 1989; and <br />2„ Ac lisition and Administrat-on a,,.. for the <br />ColtvnOSan Bernardino R ianal Tertia Treatment and Water <br />Reclamation System (Demonstration Project), dated August 1, <br />1989; and <br />3 Operations and Maintenanoe Aarreement for the <br />Colton/San Bernardino Re i'nal Tertia Treatment and w-- <br />-M <br />tem Demonstration Project), dated August 1, <br />1989. <br />True, correct and complete copies of these agreements are <br />attached hereto as Exhibits "A", ".B" and "C'* , ' respectively, and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br />E. The purpose of this Termination Agreement is to terminate <br />the three above-mentioned agreements for the purpose of permitting <br />the PARTIES Ito enter into a second series of agreements of a similar <br />nature for the purpose of implementing a full-scale regional <br />tertiary treatment and ,water reclamation system. <br />2 <br />
