MIEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />OF INFRASTRUCTURE PUBLIC ImpROVEMENTS <br />BETWEEN THE <br />COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO <br />AND THE CITY OF COLTON <br />ARTICLE I <br />PARTIES AND DATES <br />. This Agreement entered into in the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, <br />State of California, this day of, 1993, between the <br />COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, a political subdivision of the State of California (the <br />"County") and . the CITY OF COLTON, a municipal corporation (the "City"). <br />ARTICLE 11 <br />RECITALS <br />2.1 The County is presently undertaking a program to replace the existing County <br />Medical Center. In conjunction with said project, various mitigation measures, identified in <br />Attachment 1, need to be completed. <br />2.12 The purpose of this Agreement is to assist in the construction of certain <br />facilities. <br />2.3 The County wishes to provide for certain reimbursements to City in order <br />to facilitate construction within the City'and to further provide for the cooperation of the County <br />and the City in carrying our construction of certain public improvements appurtenant to and of <br />benefit to County's Medical Center to be located in the vicinity of Valley Boulevard, Pepper, <br />Meridian and San Bernardino Avenue. <br />D R A F T <br />I - I - J- I - -1 - I -- -1 1 - -7-1-- 1 -1, -, -11 1- 1 �11 -1 1-1- 7� �--f �-' � - T <br />
