CAD:pkw <br />(Doc 19002) <br />J <br />2.4 The County has found and determi I ned that it would be appropriate to pay - <br />money to the City which shall be used for the Construction of public improvements which are <br />of benefit to the project. <br />ARTICLE III <br />COUNTY PAYMENTS CITY <br />Pursuant to Art icle of the Memorandum of Understanding, the County shall <br />provide sufficient funds to the City to construct and install various project. The County will <br />deposit with the City its proportionate share based on the estimates or the amounts identified <br />which are contained in Attachment 11. The City shall keep the County informed as to any <br />changes once the contracts are let and any adjustments that need to be made for additional funds <br />or refunds. <br />ARTICLE IV <br />TERMS <br />This Memorandum of Understanding shall become effective upon execution by <br />the parties. This Agreement shall terminate at the com"pletion of the projects identified in <br />Attachment II. <br />ARTICLE V <br />CONSTRUCTION OFIROJECTS <br />City shall prepare or cause to be . prepared, schematic plans, preliminary plans and <br />specifications for the construction of certain facilities to be located off the property described <br />in Attachment - . Copies of all such plans and specifications shall be filed with the City and <br />County. Said plans and specifications may provide for construction in stages or appropriate <br />D R A F T <br />
