Zamora <br />Community Development Director <br />City of Colton <br />650 North La Cadena Drive <br />Colton, CA 92324 <br />Re: Revised Scope of Work and Project Budget for the Capital Infrastructure Study. <br />Dear Mr. Zamora, <br />The attached revised scope of work, project schedule and budget have been developed based <br />upon the understanding of the project as presented in the amended Request For Proposals (RFP) <br />and as further interpreted at a meeting held with City staff representatives on August 23, 1995. <br />The revised scope of work reflects the City's interest in focusing on those activities required to <br />prepare an overalt capital infrastructure financing program and related development impact fees . <br />structure that meets the requirements of State Law and satisfies the short and long—term funding <br />needs of the City. <br />The project schedule continues to reflect submittal of the project within the desired 120 day <br />window. Consistent with our discussion, the deletion of the alternative land use analysis and <br />related tasks has resulted in a reduction of the overall project budget to $77,365. <br />We look forward to the opportunity to work with the City toward the completion of this very <br />important project.
