CITY CLERK CERTIFICATE TO PETITION I, Teresa S. Delgado, Interim City Clerk, City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California, do hereby certify: That A PETITION TO RECALL GEORGE V. FULP, MAYOR OF COLTON, CA, was filed in this office on July 3, 1996, for checking the validity of signatures. That the Number of Registered Voters, at large, in the City of Colton, as reported to the Secretary of State on March 2, 1996, by the Registrar of Voters is 17,630. That the Petition was submitted to the Registrar of Voters for the County of San Bernardino for verification of signatures and the Registrar of Voters Certificate to Petition issued on July 24, 1996, is incorporated herein by reference.
