A typical way to acquire the <br />knowledge and abilities would be: <br />Education: <br />• Graduation from an accredited college or university, with a bachelor's degree in recreation, <br />social science, business administration or a related field. <br />Experience: <br />• One year of recreation, community services or social services experience which has included <br />staff or volunteer supervision. <br />LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE: Possession of a valid California Class "C" driver's license. <br />APPROVED BY COUNCIL: February 13, 1996 <br />AL <br />
