Coiton, on th= oiher hand, discharges about 4.3 mgd each day which is over 90%, o( its capacity. Since tne 'averzg=_' customzr in Grand Terrace is paying for a rzlatively larger amount of unused capacity, tnis component of the monthly szrvice chargz is 50.99 compared to Coiton's compon=nt of oniy S0.7o per monih.
