EIR Agenda Report <br />June 4, 1996 <br />Page 3 <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The FY 1995-96 revenues are exceeding the FY 1995-96 budgeted expenditures by $54,139. <br />Therefore, sufficient funds are available in the Wastewater reserves account to cover the cost <br />of this study. Council will need to approve an increase of $16,615 in the FY 1995-96 <br />appro do to pay for the environmental consultant's costs. <br />Les Evans, Interim Director <br />Water & Wastewater Dept. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council approve the selection of Phil Martin & Associates to perform <br />the environmental analysis for the Wastewater Treatment Plant project for a fee not to exceed <br />$16,615, as well as the attached budget adjustment and Resolution increasing the Wastewater <br />FY 1995-96 appropriations by $16,615. <br />LE/Ij/slg <br />
