AGENDA REPORT <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />For City Council Meeting of <br />June 18, 1996 <br />June 11, 1996 <br />TO: MAYOR FULP, CITY COUNCIL A TTY MANAGER <br />FROM: Julie Hayward Biggs, City Att <br />SUBJECT: Draft Administrative Policy Regarding Reimbursement of Expenses for <br />City Manager and Members of the City Council <br />As requested by the City Council, the attached draft administrative policy <br />regarding reimbursement of expenditures made for the benefit of the City by the City Manager <br />and Members of the City Council has been prepared for your consideration and review. As <br />written the policy is quite simple and merely requires Council approval for any expenditures <br />claimed by the City Manager or any Member of the City Council. The draft policy requires <br />documentation of expenditures in every case and limits reimbursement to expenditures <br />specifically approved by the City Council. <br />The Council should review and consider this policy and either adopt it as written <br />or give further direction to the City Attorney on this matter. <br />
