CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF OCTOBER 15, 1996 <br />SUBJECT: APPROVE COMPLETION OF SEWER MAIN IN MT. VERNON AVENUE <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS <br />None as a result of the replacement. However, failure to replace the reach requested herein could <br />compromise the system's reliability because of the age and condition of the pipe. This could result in <br />future ruptures in the line and possible sewage spills. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />That the Colton City Council approve an additional $69,548 construction estimate to EL -CO Contractors, <br />Inc., to complete the sewer line replacement in Mt.
