La Cadena Dr. 01OF COL ON <br />Colton, CA 92324 CITY IMAINAGER <br />RE: HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE AGREEMENT BEGINNING July 1, 1997 <br />Dear Mr. Parrish: <br />Enclosed please find the original and four copies of the referenced agreement. <br />Please have the original and four copies signed and return to me for processing by the San <br />Bernardino County Board of Supervisors. <br />The agreement is basically identical with last year's agreement with the following exceptions: <br />Term: This contract has a term of five (5) years. <br />Consideration: The consideration will be adjusted by the Consumer Price Index <br />beginning July 1, 1997. <br />There has not been an increase in the equation for the last four years. Peter Brierty has discussed <br />with the cities the need for an increase.
