This Ordinance shall be <br />liberally construed to achieve the purposes of this Ordinance and to preserve its validity. <br />SECTION 6: One complete copy of this Ordinance shall be certified to be a true, correct, <br />and complete copy by the City Clerk of Colton and shall be kept on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk. <br />SECTION 7. The City Clerk shall cause this Ordinance or a summary thereof to be <br />published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation, <br />printed and published in Colton, California, and the Ordinance shall take effect according to <br />law thirty (30) days form the date of final passage and approval. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this day of __, 1997. <br />I ATTEST: <br />Carolina P.
