Reject the bid and direct staff to rebid the project <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Since bid award approval has been granted from the funding agency, it is recommended <br />that the bid be awarded to Mobile Modular Corporation. There is an urgency to relocate <br />these children into this facility as soon as possible, in order to vacate the Paul J.
