Robert Elementary School in <br />the amount of $112,013. Debarred list checked 3/26/97. <br />Approval of the above action is subject to the following condition: <br />Prior to the pre -construction conference, provide this office <br />with a fully completed bid package copy, including all <br />contractor certifications, approved plans and specifications, <br />executed construction contract, bond certificate copies, and <br />contractor's certification of compliance with Davis -Bacon and <br />Related Act requirements. <br />Notify this office by April 15, 1997 of the pre -construction <br />conference date, time and place. The conference must be held <br />fourteen days or more from date of notification. A copy of <br />the Federal prevailing wage rate CA 970037, Mod. #1 and a copy <br />of the Federal Labor Standards Provisions (HUD 4010) must be <br />attached to the construction contract issued.to the approved <br />contractor. <br />
