IMPACT (continued) <br />Permit, including an environmental review, <br />The financial impact is unknown at this time. The current fee to process a Conditional Use <br />is approximately $2,400.00. However, it is <br />premature to estimate what financial impact the proposed ordinance may have on existing <br />fees. Not until the study is completed will staff be able to provide an estimated financial <br />impact, either positive or negative, by the possible adoption of a franchise fee. <br />4=' <br />avid R. 7 mora <br />Community Dev Director <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT. <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Planning Commission and staff are requesting that the City Council consider andive <br />staff direction regarding the implementation of a moratorium on processing applications for <br />the construction and installation of wireless communication facilities, including, but not <br />limited to, antenna towers. Upon Council's direction, staff will be able to create <br />comprehensive regulations, and impose limitations on the design of towers and the locations <br />in which installation is proposed. <br />DRZ/kd <br />
