AGREEMENT <br />2-1: OBLIGATIONS OF CITY: Provided that the Service can give Visy the <br />assurances it requires regarding the development of the Project upon approximately 80 <br />acres of the CAMC Land in a location agreed to by Visy and the City, the City shall: <br />2-1-1: Facilitate a meeting between Visy and the Service within ten (10) <br />days from the date hereof, the purpose of which will be to locate the Visy Project <br />upon a specific site consisting of approximately 80 acres of the CAMC Lands in <br />such a fashion which will accommodate both the needs of Visy and the DSF <br />within the CAMC.
