Attached is the job description for the classification; salary range is $3,001 - $3,649 <br />per month. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: Recruitment for said position was conducted and an eligibility list <br />established. The candidate being referred for Council ratification meets the education and <br />experience requirements as specified in the job description. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funding availability for this approved general fund position in the fiscal <br />year 1997-98 budget funded as follows: Account No. 100-6030-6030-1010 (salary) and Account <br />No. 100-6030-6 30-1 00 (salary related benefits). <br />Gracie Fernandez Harmon, Personnel Director <br />MISSION CRITICAL: This position is required to maintain effective operations in the Personnel <br />Department. <br />EXPECTED FILL DATE: August 20, 1997. <br />RECOMMENDATION: That City Council ratify the employee appointment to the full-time <br />position of Personnel Analyst II as recommended by the Personnel Director. <br />Attachment: Job Description <br />Prepared by: Arleen F.
