City Council Meeting - December 2, 1997 <br />Selection of CDBG Projects <br />Page 2 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />All CDBG funded projects .are required to comply with the federal National Environmental <br />Protection Act (NEPA) and State of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) prior to <br />implementation, to determine environmental impacts, <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council takethe following actions: <br />1. Allow citizen comment on the CDBG Project Proposal Applications on the attached list. <br />2. Select those CDBG Project Proposal Applications to be submitted to the County of San <br />Bernardino for eligibility and qualification review for funding from the CDBG Program for <br />Fiscal Year 1998-99. <br />3.
