R-02-97 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN <br />ORDINANCE REPEALING AND AMENDING CERTAIN <br />SECTIONS OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE <br />PERTAINING TO BUSINESS LICENSES, PLANNING DIVISION <br />FILE INDEX NUMBER DO -03-97. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton Community Development Department <br />did apply for adoption of an Ordinance of the City of Colton Repealing and <br />Amending Certain Sections of the Calton Municipal Code Pertaining to <br />Business Licenses; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was properly noticed and held on January <br />28, 1997, by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton to consider the <br />proposed Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Colton does hereby recommend to the City Council of the City of <br />Colton, the adoption of the proposed Ordinance of the City of Colton <br />Repealing and Amending Certain Sections of the Colton Municipal Code <br />Pertaining to Business Licenses, as presented in Planning Division File Index <br />Number DO -03-97. <br />1997..PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 28th day of January, <br />Secretary to Cit, f Co n <br />Planning Commission <br />Chairman, City of Colton <br />Planning Commission <br />
