You may recall that Mr. Owen <br />represents the City on the Lebannoff-McKnight foreclosure matter. It is his strong <br />recommendation that the City adopt the attached resolution for the reasons that he has set forth. <br />My conversations with Mr. Owen have led me to the same conclusion, and I also recommend <br />adoption of the attached Resolution to protect the City's interests. <br />Concurrence: <br />Malik Dantala Freeman, Interim City Manager <br />Item No. 28 <br />
