Brief memorandum analyzing park fee or similar issue including comparison <br />with selected other cities' cities' standards and criteria. <br />3.3 Recalculation of Cost Factors and Fees. It is anticipated that the Ad Hoc Committee <br />will challenge various assumptions and cost data presented in the report. This will very likely <br />lead to modification of certain cost factors and recalculation of certain fees. Also, in order <br />to effectively evaluate the potential consequences of suggested modifications, it may be <br />necessary to run changes recommended by the Committee through the model. This estimate <br />includes support from the Natelson Company needed to complete this task. <br />Hours: 40 $3,800 <br />Product. Brief memorandum report including a series of tables reflecting recalculation of <br />infrastructure costs and fees. <br />3.4 Map and Database Adjustments. In the same context as Task 3.3, there is the strong <br />likelihood of revision being needed to the general plan map and/or the land use acreage <br />database. For example, it has already been suggested in testimony that the general plan map <br />may require revision. Assuming this to be true, an extensive "ripple effect" can be expected <br />throughout all the calculations. Support from Hernandez Kroone and Associates will probably <br />be needed to complete this task because the database resides in their files. <br />Hours: 40 $3,800 <br />Product. Brief memorandum report describing map and acreage database changes. <br />Task 4. Prepare Responses to Ad Hoc Committee. It is highly likely that meetings of the <br />Ad Hoc Committee will result in unresolved issues for which a consultant/City response and <br />recommendation will be needed. A memorandum report would be formatted to objectively <br />identify and explain each unresolved issue, describe the Ad Hoc Committee position, and <br />provide a consultant/staff recommendation. Technical corrections to the final report will also <br />be included. Hours: 40 Cost: $3,800 <br />Product: A memorandum report identifying unresolved issues, describing -,the Ad Hoc <br />Committee position, and providing a consultant/staff recommendation. <br />Task S. Prepare Revised Capital Infrastructure Study Report. Based on the preceding <br />tasks, a revised Capital Infrastructure Study Report will be prepared together with a revised <br />Manual for the Infrastructure Financing Model. This will incorporate all agreed upon changes <br />from the Ad Hoc Committee and any staff recommended changes based upon the responses to <br />the Ad Hoc Committee. This will be the final revised report presented at the Planning <br />Commission and City Council hearings. It will also incorporate all technical changes and errata <br />3 <br />
