La Cadena Dr. <br />Colton, CA 92324=2897 <br />AGREEMENT FOR FUTURE ANNEXATION <br />THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into as of the NOVEMBER 8 , 1996 ` <br />by and between the City of Colton, hereinafter referred to as CITY and <br />BHIKHUBHAI NATHUBHAI PATEL hereinafter referred to in the <br />masculine/singular as PATEL <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, <br />(a) PATEL is the owner of certain real property <br />in the County of San Bernardino as more particularly hereinafter described; and, <br />(b) On or about the NOVEMBER s , 1996 he applied for a sewer <br />connection for improvements on said real property; and, <br />(c) One of the conditions of the issuance of the said sewer connection was <br />for the annexation by flim of said real property located at: <br />1087 WEST VALLEY BOULVARD <br />COLTON,CA 92324 ;and, <br />(d) It is deemed necessary at this time for said property to receive a sewer <br />connection; and, <br />r <br />
