Cities- purchases from <br />Hoover are as follows: <br />City Capacity (MW) Energy OdWh) <br />Azusa 4 5,057 <br />Banning 2 2,022 <br />Colton 3 4,047 <br />(*) energy amounts vary from year to year depending upon hydro, <br />conditions. Figures represent FY 96/97 entitlements. <br />Deliveries of this Power from Hoover to Cities began in August <br />1987. The agreements continue until 2017. <br />Power Purchase Contract with Idaho Power Company <br />Cities entered into a Power Purchase Contract with Idaho power <br />Company (1PQ in 1990 to purchase the following amounts of <br />capacity and the associated energy from IPC: <br />Azusa <br />3 MW <br />Banning <br />I MW <br />Colton <br />3 MW <br />Cities are obligated to take energy under the contract at 100% <br />capacity factor- The contract can be terminated with a three-year <br />notice of termination to be exercised no sooner than June 30, 2001. <br />Based on existing power market conditions, Cities anticipate to <br />terminate this contract by June 30, 2004. <br />11 <br />fT.�T 7 T i <br />
