jUN-23-1997 11:16 <br />4.2.1.4 <br />4.2.1.5 <br />P.04 <br />San Jim Unit 3 <br />In 1993, Cities, in conjunction with the City of Gilendale and <br />Imperial Irrigation District, entered into a Power Purchase contract <br />with SCPPA to purchase power generated from the San Juan <br />COW. <br />Fired Generating Unit 3 in the State of New Mexico. Cities,$ power <br />Purchase contract entitlement is as follows: <br />Azusa <br />Banning <br />Colton <br />30 MW <br />20W <br />30 MW <br />Delivery of this resource began in April 1993 and will continue until <br />the useful life of the unit, currently Projected to be 2029. <br />1"Olver Sales Agrement with SCE <br />As apart Of the comprehensive settlement agreement with SCE that <br />resulted in the 1990 10A, Cities entered into Separate power <br />purchase contracts with SCE that will extent through December 31, <br />1998. The purchase amounts are as follows: <br />City 1997 1998 <br />Azusa 12 MW 12 MW <br />Banning 2 MW 4 M <br />Colton 24 MW 30 MW <br />Cities are obligated to take the energy under the contracts at 25% <br />annual capacity factor. <br />4.2.1.6 'Power Purchase Agreement with City of Pasadena <br />Cities entered into a Power Purchase Agreement with City of <br />Pasadena in 1990 to purchase the following amounts of capacity <br />12 <br />
