The contract is ever -green with a four-year notice of <br />termination provision. Based on existing Power market conditions, <br />Cities anticipate to terminate this contract by December 31, 2002. <br />4.2.1.7 Power Purchase Contract with Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena (BGP) <br />Cities entered into a Power Purchase Contract with BGP in 1990 to <br />Purchase Power capacity from BGP in the following amounts: <br />Azusa <br />5 Ivff <br />Banning <br />4 MW <br />Colton <br />5 NW <br />There is no minimum energy take obligation under the contract. <br />Therefore, Cities only schedule energy with this resource to the <br />extent it is economical. The Contract will continue through <br />December 31, 1998. <br />4.2.1.8 Power Exchange Agreement with Bonneville Power Administration <br />(BPA) <br />In 1995, Cities entered into a seasonal Power exchange agreement <br />with BPA whereby cities provide winter flat energy to BPA in <br />exchange for summer Peaking energy.
